What's Included

Complete Assembly: We handle every aspect of building your PC, from installing the CPU and cooler to routing every cable for optimal airflow and aesthetics.

Operating System: We'll install and activate your operating system if provided. Windows licenses available as add-ons (see below).

Testing & QA: Every system undergoes comprehensive testing including POST verification, stress testing, and temperature monitoring to ensure stability.

2-Year Warranty: Our workmanship is covered for 2 years. If there's an issue with our assembly, we'll make it right.

How It Works

• Purchase Your Parts: Source components from your preferred retailers
• Contact Us: Let us know what you've bought and when you'd like to book
• Drop Off Components: Bring all parts to our Salisbury location
• We Build: Professional assembly typically takes 2-3 days
• Quality Testing: Comprehensive testing to ensure everything works perfectly
• Collection: Pick up your completed system with setup guidance

Turnaround Time: Most builds completed within 2-3 business days

What You Need to Provide

• All PC components (CPU, motherboard, RAM, GPU, storage, PSU, case, cooler)
• Components should be new and unopened (quality used parts accepted with additional diagnostic disclaimer - see below)
• Include all accessories and mounting hardware
• Original boxes and receipts recommended for warranty purposes

Important Information

Component Compatibility: You're responsible for ensuring all parts are compatible. We're happy to review your parts list before purchase - just ask!

Component Warranties: All parts are covered by manufacturer warranties. If a component fails, we'll provide a detailed diagnostic report and help identify the faulty part. You'll work directly with the retailer/manufacturer for warranty claims or replacements.

Our Warranty: Covers our assembly work only. Component failures are covered by their manufacturer warranties.

Windows Licensing (Optional Add-Ons)

Windows 11 Home: $129 - Includes OEM license, installation, and activation

Windows 11 Pro: $199 - Includes OEM license, installation, and activation

Already have a license? No problem! Bring your own and we'll install it at no extra charge.

Used Components Policy

⚠️ Note on Used Parts: We're happy to work with quality used components! However, please note that older or second-hand parts may require additional diagnostic time if issues arise during assembly or testing. We'll always discuss any concerns before proceeding, and additional troubleshooting beyond the standard build process may incur extra fees.
