Delivery Options

We currently offer three ways to get your new rig:

  • Local Delivery (Brisbane): Personally delivered by our driver.
  • Click & Collect: By appointment from our workshop in Salisbury, Brisbane.
  • National Delivery: Insured courier delivery to metro centers (Requires a custom quote).

How National Shipping Works

Note: Most gaming computers weigh between 14-22KG and come in large, fragile boxes. Shipping them requires insurance and care.

We do not build hidden margins into our machines to cover "Free" shipping. To get a courier delivery:

  1. Select "Click and Collect" during checkout.
  2. We will contact you to arrange a custom shipping quote based on your location.
  3. Once paid, we will dispatch via insured courier.

Build & Delivery Timelines

Standard Build Time: 5-7 business days from order placement.

Upon receipt of your order, we prepare parts within 24 hours. Once built, every machine undergoes a comprehensive Quality Control (QC) and stress-test process before release.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

⚠️ Critical: Custom Build Returns

Please read carefully: We cannot accept "Change of Mind" returns on custom PC builds once the build process has commenced.

Once we start building, we open retail packaging, break seals, and apply thermal paste. These components can no longer be sold as "New" to our suppliers or other customers.

If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately. If the build has not started, we can help. If it has started, we cannot cancel the order.

Change of Mind Policy

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not obligated to accept returns for a simple change of mind. However, we try to help where possible:

  • Factory Sealed Items: We may accept returns if the item is 100% factory sealed and unopened.
  • Opened Items: Once shrink wrap is removed or labels broken, we cannot accept it back.

Honest Tip: If you have an opened item you no longer need, we recommend listing it on Facebook Marketplace or Gumtree, where there is a strong market for near-new PC parts.

Warranty & Faulty Items

If something isn't working right, we've got your back. All builds come with a 2-Year Workmanship Warranty, and individual parts carry their manufacturer warranties.

If an item is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Faulty:

  1. Contact us immediately with your Order Number and description of the fault.
  2. We will issue a Return Authority (RA) number.
  3. Return the item (preferably in original packaging) for testing.

If confirmed faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
