How long does a build take?
Most custom builds are ready for collection 7-10 days after cleared payment is received. We'll provide an estimated timeframe when you place your order.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer secure shipping Australia-wide. Local Brisbane customers can also arrange collection in person. Shipping costs vary based on location and system size.
What's included in the warranty?
All Eagle Gaming systems include a comprehensive 2-year warranty covering labor and workmanship. Individual components are covered by their manufacturer warranties.
Can I customize any system?
Absolutely! Every system on our website is fully customizable. Contact us to discuss modifications - we can adjust any component to match your needs and budget.
Do you service other brands?
Yes! We can upgrade, repair, and service PCs from any manufacturer. Whether it's a system we built or one you bought elsewhere, we're happy to help.
Do you service laptop computers?
We don't perform component repairs on laptops. However, we may be able to help with RAM installations and basic troubleshooting. We don't replace screens or do complex laptop repairs.
Do you do trades?
We appreciate the interest, but we don't accept trade-ins at this time. This helps us keep our pricing competitive and our operations streamlined for custom builds.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and cash for local pickups. Payment terms and options will be discussed when you place your order.
